The backing of every soft measures is the soft power to such an extent that the soft power and the soft warfare are necessary and correlative to each other. The Islamic Republic of Iran has a base of soft power whose foundations consist of its leadership, culture and the Iranian and the Islamic identity, the connected and composed masses who have very high capability for solidarity and mobilization, the Islamic religion as the theoretical, meaningful and identity giving support to any measure, and national and Islamic symbols which are the links to the historical past of the nation as well as tangible behavioral patterns that are considered as points of social reference. The Islamic Republic of Iran with such a soft power backing in the 20th century stood up against the modern West. The West, being faced with such a confrontation against all its theoretical and practical principles, has embarked on responding and attacking. The media tools have served such a purpose and modern technologies been put at the disposal of the front opposing the Islamic Revolution. The Islamic Revolution front, which has not been confined to Iran alone, is in the position of defense and attack. Familiarity with the Western soft warfare tools against the Islamic Revolution and policy making of the media foundation of the Islamic Republic is an inevitable and necessary task. To this end, the present paper is first after explaining the nature and identity of the Western media front (network) against the Islamic Republic and in continuation after raising political propositions which could serve as the light on the road for the policy makers, designers and executives of different media.
