An instrumental perception of the media is a form of reducing the nature of the media and this perception is in itself one of the relations that the media, in its own essence, instils in us. The media, in its real term, in its development and emergence, represents its nature as being inclusive and dominant. The hidden power in the essence of the media is in full and complete with the nature of technology and, indeed, takes this power from the nature of technology. It will be very simplistic to bring down the nature of the media to the status of providing information. The relationship we build with these complex devices is much more complicated and deeper than the relationship that we make with other home appliances in our home. The media like radio and television since the dawn together with public transport vehicles and the equipment in our workplace up to the late night, along with other media such as the Internet and the newspaper, are constantly welcoming us. Presence of the media, even when there is apparently no trace of it, in the coolest times of our life, continues powerfully. We think within the framework of media in our thoughts and mind. The influx of information in our minds have turned us into a movable media. In this superficial look, one can also find the domination of the media, but the deep relation of media with human beings should not be searched in such appearances but rather in somewhere else.
The contemporary human beings is the product of media. This is that profound relation which, in spite of bitterness and hotness, we have to inevitability accept it. The media forms and organizes all human relations in a special way. Understanding this system will help us to understand the media. Change of the relationships will create a universe that, according to Baudrillard, transforms man into a presence. A media man is a presence human. The media man who lacks meaning, demonstrates signs of spirituality as such that no boundary for the truth and untruth can be clearly seen for it. Understanding human relationships in the area of media requires deep philosophical and critical understanding of the media and its nature and truth. In the opinion of the author, the media world takes the possibility of pretence of contemporary man in other worlds, as such that we are witnessing the domination of the media world. The Islamic Revolution is the revolution in human worlds which has made pretence of the contemporary man possible in other worlds, except for the media world. The Islamic Revolution is a kind of anti-colonial and anti-tyranny revolution of the media. This paper, with a look to examine the nature of the media and the Islamic Revolution, is seeking for recognition of the relationship between the two.
