Human capitals are considered among pillars of growth, development and survival of any organization and play a key role in advancing missions, objectives, policies and strategies of organizations. Productivity of human capital in line with the macro and strategic objectives of the organization is an important and strategic issue in a way that its increase is regarded a necessity to promote the performance level on the path towards success of the organization. This research has been conducted with the aim of designing and prioritizing elements effective in productivity of human capitals in line with the strategic objectives and vision of the national medium. The objective of this applied research is to identify elements effective in promoting productivity of human capitals at national media and their prioritization. Therefore, first elements effective in productivity were identified based on literature review and by using multiple attribute decision-making and analytical hierarchy process they were compared with the strategic objectives and vision of the national medium and then designed, formulated and prioritized. According to the findings of the research, priority of the elements is respectively with elements related to job, personal and personality elements, physical and psychological elements of work environment, elements creating atmosphere of sincerity and cooperation.
