Undoubtedly individuals and the society need to work and make every effort for their survival. Joining the labor market is regarded as one of the most important stages of everyone’s life and employment as one of the most important issues existing in the country. Finding an appropriate job is one of the essential needs of everybody. Media information dissemination and advertising about job market has a significant effect on finding occupations. This study has been conducted to review the effects of media advertising on introducing job opportunities from the viewpoint of job seekers among youths of 20 to 30 years of age, who have referred to career centers. Applying convenience sampling method, 100 people have been chosen from among applicants as the sample population. The study has applied a questionnaire concerning media advertising effects on introducing job opportunities from the perspective of job seekers. The research findings indicate that media advertising on job market can play an effective role in reducing unemployment rate in the society and in disseminating information on job opportunities.
Also, the results show the positive effect of the labor market media advertising on management of job opportunities introduction and promotion and creation of their appropriate status in the society as well as building public confidence in introducing job opportunities. The era of rapid technological and scientific changes has made organizations to compete by gaining the best resources and managing them properly. In the past obtaining instruments and technology were regarded an important factor with respect to competitive advantage. Today, however, information resources and above all workforces that can turn this information into value added for the organization are more important than any other precious thing. Human beings are the main pillars of development and they play an important role within their framework of group and organizational activities. Today, development and growth of organizations depend on proper usage of human resources. Attraction and employment of manpower are among sensitive and vital issues in organizations.
Various avenues have been explored so far such as written test and interview. By turning to creativity, there are however various ways and means that can minimize the risks of a desirable employment. This paper has been prepared in four chapters to analyze the issue
